Karen Mead - Licensed Agent with DDH Insurance I am a dedicated agent with over 25 years of experience in the California insurance market.

When I started working as a customer service representative at a local insurance agency I had no intention of making this my career. It was a small office so I listened to the agents help their clients and realized what a valuable service they provided. The more agents I met and the more clients I helped I knew this was the right industry for me. I became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in

1998 and went on to get my Life insurance license in 2005. I have seen the California insurance market change time and time again after disasters like the 1989 earthquake and the devastating wildfires. I have learned how to adjust to the market changes and face the challenges head on. Providing excellent service and finding creative solutions to challenging risks is what I love.
