Acquisitions Sale Manager
Expectations:
Must be a resident in Louisville, KY or close proximity.
Must be a team player.
Must be a problem solver and have the ability to think on their own.
Be available every Friday at 8:15am for a team meeting.
To fill out “Stick it Six” (Every morning to list the top 6 things you need to accomplish)
Be available by telephone every morning Monday through Thursday at 9:15am for our daily Huddle call and go over daily objectives.
Candidate must have a working computer with consistent internet connection.
Candidate must have a smartphone (Prefer iphone).
Job Duties:
To answer company phone calls, retain information about properties and input in company CRM (PODIO).
Learn to analyze deals and determine level of interest.
For any properties that fit our criteria, schedule a showing and meet seller for a in-house walk through or schedule showing with property manager..
Once having adequate information after showing, contact motivated seller with a cash offer (Whether their asking price or our cash offer).
For all leads that are 60 days or older, schedule these leads for our assistant call operator to follow up on at a later time.
To review daily call reports and check for all unanswered calls.
Compensations:
Base salary of $300/ Week
10% (Net) commission on all company revenue with no CAP (We want you to succeed on our team).
