I used to think I wanted to do the most loans possible, then something in my mindset shifted. I no longer had the desire to do the most loans, be consistently on social media, or be “busy” all the time. I decided I wanted to do the least amount of loans possible with the highest possible price point. I prayed and asked God for alignment and most importantly I asked for quality vs. quantity and I received just THAT! Sometimes, we glorify “looking busy” and “always working” and for those who want that, that’s fine, but for me, I wanted my time back. I created systems, delegated tasks, and now have more time to be present for my family and in my life, so when you see less of me, don’t assume, “She’s doing less, rather KNOW, she’s reaping more. I set a goal of loan volume I wanted to be at for 2026, and as of today, I am on track to hit that by the end of October. I am living proof that when you want something, all it takes is a little determination and prayer and you can achieve it. I said all that to say this, if you want homeownership bad enough, pray first, then apply second and if you’re not quite there let’s develop a plan to get you there.
