We’re Kodiak bound ✈️

Steve and Jake will be at ComFish Alaska this week—Alaska’s largest and longest-running commercial fisheries trade show, bringing together fishermen, industry partners, and vendors from across the state.

We’ll have a booth set up at the Kodiak Marketplace, so stop by, say hi, and let’s talk about what you’re working on this season.

🚨IMPORTANT INFO about the CFAB Scholarship 🚨

Sorry about the confusion, but we’ve learned that some students who may be eligible for the CFAB Scholarship Program may have missed an important step in the application process.

To qualify, applicants must select the eligibility statement in the Alaska Community Foundation application that says:
“I am a child/descendant/spouse of an employee or a principal of a CFAB member.”

Students must also email CFAB confirming their connection to a CFAB member. Example:
“My name is Jack Doe and I am applying for a CFAB scholarship. I am the son of CFAB member John Doe, Member ###xx.”

If you or someone in your family is applying, please make sure this step is completed before the March 15 deadline.
