Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anchorage, AK for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for working with an Account Exectuive to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include, marketing, preparing insurance proposals, processing policy renewals, handling claims, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate policy documentation and staying updated on industry changes and insurance products.
Qualifications
Experience in managing commercial insurance accounts and providing customer service
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, industry regulations, and underwriting processes
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
License in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred
