Would you truly answer yes, to the question, "Will you help another person who is in need of a helping hand, esply in improving their current living condition?".

It is does not always have to be about giving them money. It could be an advise, sharing something useful from a social media post. I noticed that many people are willing to share a funny post rather than something that helps another person to improving their financial standings. Could it be the fear that the other person may become more successful than ourselves?

Remember, when 1 finger points outwards, how many fingers are pointing towards ourselves? 3 fingers.

If you generate the energies of success for others, it is likely to return to ourselves 3 folds. Think about that.

Too many people feel that having a position of leadership and authority is their God-given right. They feel superior to those in their employ or at so-called lower levels in the organization. According to O'Reilly Media, Inc, I have often seen a certain level of arrogance and entitlement exhibited by people in leadership positions.

Leaders are accountable for the success and livelihoods of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of people. They should always remember this fact and never act in a cavalier fashion. Their decisions, actions, and how they carry themselves impact a large and diverse community.

According to Warren Bennis, always remember that leadership is a privilege. When you're in a leadership role, your influence may affect the trajectories of people's entire careers and often their lives.
