“I didn’t know you were still doing home loans!”

I heard this from an old friend this week… right after they closed on a house, with another lender. 😩

The truth? I probably could’ve saved them money and stress… but they didn’t realize I was still in the business. Totally understandable, but also a reminder to me to say this loud and clear:

I’m a licensed Mortgage Advisor, and I absolutely love helping people buy homes, refinance, or build their real estate portfolio!
