I have been in the escrow industry since 2002 and work at Mi Casita Escrow in Downey. My objective has always been to create a smooth closing experience. Being detailed oriented has allowed me to create a base of loyal business partners and customers in Downey and the surrounding cities; however, that hasn’t stopped me from handling escrows throughout California, including Santa Barbara and Ventu

ra County, San Francisco, Bakersfield and more. In today’s technology driven industry, it is easier to get documents to and from buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, and title - all with the push of a button. I take pride in having not only cutting edge technology at my fingertips but ongoing education in all facets that involve the escrow process. I have taken over 30 courses at the Escrow Training Institute to enhance my education and better serve my clients. The courses have helped me gain a plethora of knowledge, problem solving skills and the ability to get your escrow closed in a seamless manner. When problems do arise, I will roll up her sleeves and help my clients find a solution proactively. I look to add value by not only working diligently and efficiently with my partners/customers by being a team player. I keep clear channels of communication open; you can call me, email me, tweet or reach me on Facebook. I’ll be there along the entire escrow process. Being highly respected in the real estate industry is very important to me. I greet everyone with a warm smile and a hug. I have partnered with many top realtors, lenders and speakers to bring educational seminars to help others grow their business. I believe education is the key to success. I study the market and look to provide education on today’s hot topics, which are relevant and important in the public’s eye. I am proud of the work I do in escrow but my most rewarding role is being a mother to my amazing children, Amanda, 23 and Christopher, 15.
