We asked our realtor if he knew of somewhere else we can go for a second opinion and we were referred to Guild. Sure enough, they were able to offer a significantly lower cash to close cost and the whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience going with Guild. They made it easy and stress free. I highly recomend them as a mortgage lender!
