We want to welcome and congratulate one of our newest Partners, Debbie Younkin.

Debbie was born in California, raised in Idaho and Washington state. Her father, a small business owner had a huge influence on Debbie, inspiring her with an entrepreneurial spirit. She’s always been involved in some enterprise or another. She and her husband Jim are the parents of 11 living children. Needless to say that Debbie and Jim had a very large focus on raising these children. But she has always had a business of some kind going even throughout the family focused years. After being introduced to financial services and Common Sense Financial a few years ago she could immediately see how important it was to share this information with as many people as possible. Everyone needs this information, the financial help the and opportunity.
Working through challenges such as the Covid year, health problems and family tragedy brought personal growth. Then finding new ways to spread the word resulted in unexpected growth and expansion for her team and others. Debbie has been so grateful for the support and teamwork culture of CSF. This last year and a half has been a wild ride to Partner. She so appreciates the Webb and Marchetti families for their leadership. She is excited for the future and feels that her work has only just begun.
