Today (12/23/24) an appeals court overturned the previous order blocking enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting.

What does this mean for you as a small business owner? 🚩 BOI REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE BACK IN EFFECT 🚩 If your business is subject to BOI reporting and you haven't yet filed, the deadline of 12/31/24 is still in effect as of today.
