🚨 Important FHA Announcement - Effective May 25, 2025 🚨

We want to make sure you're up to date with a significant change from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) that will impact who qualifies for FHA loans starting May 25, 2025.

📢 What’s Changing?

FHA Loans will only be available to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents. 🇺🇸
Non-Residents and Individuals on Work Visas will no longer qualify for FHA mortgages.
