Before beginning my career in the insurance industry, I spent time working in retail where I
perfected my customer service skills. As a manager at Walmart and United Supermarkets for
eighteen years, I strive to ensure that my customers had the best shopping experience possible. With that mentality, I was able take two struggling departments to number one performers in our
region. I did this by inc

reasing sales, controlling profit and loss, and creating a pleasant shopping
environment. I plan to utilize the experience and skills I learned in retail and apply them to helping make my
agency shine. I chose insurance as a career because I wanted to change people lives for the better. When I was
twenty-seven years old my mother passed away. She had no life insurance. My sister and I were
left financially unprepared. With a little bit of knowledge, my mother, sisters and I could have
been more prepared for this life changing event. My goal is to educate my policy holders, ensuring
that they never find themselves in the same situation. I will also strive to help my clients protect
their assets and reach their financial goals. My agency’s focus will be to create the best client
