Meet our Escrow Officer, Trisha Golden 💙

At DeBault Title, we know that real estate transactions can sometimes feel overwhelming, and Trisha is someone who brings calm, experience, honesty, and kindness into every closing she touches. 🏡

When asked how she helps clients through stressful moments, Trisha shared:
“I explain to them the process in ways to calm their nerves, especially if things start getting confusing or are going off course.”

What she loves most? Seeing happy people at the closing table and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys working, laughing, and doing life together. 🤍

One thing that stands out about Trisha is the steady character she brings into both work and relationships. She carries with her the values her family taught her: honesty and hard work for others. And when people are around her, she hopes they feel they’re with someone who is kind, trustworthy, and a true friend.

💙🦈🍔🚗 Yesterday, we had a great meeting with Shark Beach Burgers and Andrea's Project as we continue expanding our Safe Ride Home Initiative across the Texas Panhandle.

We are excited and incredibly thankful to announce that Shark Beach, Andrea’s Project, and DeBault Title will be offering FREE UBER rides home at Shark Beach’s summer concert events, helping encourage people to have fun and get home safely!

We’re also grateful to Andrea’s Project for partnering with us in this mission to help prevent impaired driving and protect lives in our community. 💙

Great things happen when community partners come together to save lives. 💙

Today, we had an incredible meeting with DeBault Title and Shark Beach Burgers to discuss bringing our Safe Ride Initiative to events at Shark Beach! 🚗💨

This initiative is focused on helping prevent impaired driving by providing safe ride options and encouraging our community to make a plan before the night begins. Partnerships like these are how we create safer roads, safer events, and stronger communities together.

We are grateful for businesses that are willing to step up, support prevention efforts, and help protect lives across the Texas Panhandle. More details coming soon! 💙

Happy Birthday to the one who keeps our office laughing nonstop… Chelsea Henderson! 🎉😂💙

Chelsea is truly the life of the party around here. Between the jokes, the entertaining commentary, and the energy she brings into the office every single day, there is never a dull moment when she’s around. Honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without all the laughs she brings to our team.

Beyond being hilarious, Chelsea is also an incredibly hard worker who is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. She helps keep things moving behind the scenes while somehow still managing to keep the whole office entertained at the same time!

We are so thankful for you, Chelsea, and hope your birthday is as fun, loud, and unforgettable as you are! 🥳✨🎂

Fiesta de Mayo was everything and more! 🌮✨🎉

From the mariachi show to the tacos, the ice cream stand, the shot cart, the elote bar, and all the themed food and snacks… this event was truly a total vibe from start to finish. 💃🍹🎶

But beyond all the fun, what made this night so special was the impact. Because of all of you, we collected tons of diapers to help support children and families through Family Support Services. That’s what community is all about. 💙

Thank you to every single person who showed up, supported the event, donated, laughed, danced, and helped make the night unforgettable. And a huge thank you to all of our amazing sponsors who helped bring the vision to life!

A very special shoutout goes to Rachel Godoy at DeBault Title for spearheading this event and making every detail feel so festive and full of heart.
