It is bittersweet to announce that Ms. Patti will be retiring at the end of May.

She has been a staple at our Alvin office for more than 18 years, always greeting our members with a warm smile and catching up on their lives and families. Patti has been there for our members and her co-workers through happy times and sad times. Her retirement is well-deserved, and she is looking forward to travel and more time spent with loved ones!

Last Tuesday, we held our 64th Annual Meeting of the Members, where we reviewed last year's successes and shared some of the improvements to come in 2026. We also recognized our employees and volunteers with milestone anniversaries and celebrated our employees of the quarters and the year. 🎉

The texts and calls posing as our Fraud team are popping up again! They are spoofing our phone number for the calls.

Things to remember before you respond-
* We will not ask for your full card number, expiration date, or CVV code when contacting you about a potential fraudulent transaction.
* Our real texts come from a five-digit number, and those messages are basic. If you receive texts asking for your information, STOP and don't respond.

We are always happy to take your call if you are uncertain about a call or text. Call us before you respond!

We have received reports of members receiving phone calls and text messages from our Fraud department that are suspicious. If you receive one of these, please immediately hang up or delete the message and contact us directly at 281-331-2253!
