February Employee of the Month Announced-Sierra Jade

Sierra Jade is described as having a heart of gold and one that really cares for her students. She has the desire to see them succeed while seeing potential in each student.

Even with the load of being a first year teacher, Sierra has gone above and beyond trying to get everything prepared for her classroom and the new program. She is described as working many hours to make sure that things are ready for her students. Her class is fun and creative of which, so is she! Sierra is a joy to work with and a great addition to the SWTC Family!

Sierra is pictured with Southwest Tech Superintendent, Dale Latham and Southwest West Crop Insurance Owner, Emily Worrell an avid supporter of the Employee of the Month program.
