With almost 100 team members spread out across 10 offices, it can be difficult to get everyone in one place at the same time! Special thanks to The Blairmont Club for hosting our Annual Team Member Meeting. The food was fantastic and the space was beautiful as always.

This year, we presented two major awards to two incredible members of our team.

Melissa George, Assistant Branch Manager at our Plank Road Office, was nominated and selected for the Impact Award! Melissa consistently goes above and beyond for her customers and her team, and exemplifies all of the bank's core values.

Nelda Hazlett, Assistant Vice President, Operations Systems Administrator at our Corporate Office, received the President's Award for Organizational Advancement. As the leader of one of the bank's largest projects in its history, we relied heavily on Nelda's organization, skill, and experience over the last year and a half.

Well-deserved recognition on both accounts! Congratulations to you both!

Qualifications for FFD Funding

✅Be a first-time homebuyer (has not owned a home in the last 3 years).
✅Contribute at least $1,500 in personal funds.
✅Have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income adjusted for household size.
✅Complete at least four hours of qualified homeownership counseling, including the topic of predatory lending, prior to closing on your mortgage.
✅Must be pre-approved or pre-qualified to apply.

We were happy to host a group of students from Arrows Christian Academy at our corporate office, as they visit local businesses to learn about various industries in Central PA.

The workshop was led by Becky Crilly, Senior Vice President, Chief Personal Banking Officer, and Justin Wiley, Commercial Banker I. They had a great discussion with the students about what it takes to turn a business idea into an actual business -- and much more!
