Since the Combs family purchased Alton Bank in 1988, Randall has been instrumental in the bank’s growth and success, serving as President & CEO and carrying on the community banking values and personal relationships that have made Alton Bank a trusted name for generations.

This recognition is a true testament to a lifetime of hard work, leadership, and service to both the banking industry and the communities he has proudly served.
