Acquivest is pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of Champions Honda Kawasaki in Cocoa Florida. Champions was acquired by Sky Powersports, a family-owned powersports group, with 40 plus years in business and over 100 employees across its multiple Central Florida locations. Our team helped lead the transaction throughout the entire process, and worked closely with both buyer and seller to navigate the deal from early-stage negotiations through to its recent closing. We want to congratulate Champions for having had nearly 20 successful years in operation, and we want to wish Sky Powersports the best of luck with their newest dealership.

We also wanted to offer thanks to everyone that was involved in helping aid this transaction. We look forward to continuing to help automotive, powersports, and boat dealers with all of their M&A needs. We welcome our newest team member, Zack Schwartz. Zack will serve as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate. He will bring his knowledge of acquisitions, investment & asset management, development, and syndication to the team, along with over nearly a decade of hands-on experience of syndicating, negotiating, leasing and managing real estate within the industrial sector.
