Learning happens beyond the classroom. ❤️

Today our intern had the opportunity to sit in on a Brand Marketing meeting and get a behind-the-scenes look at another side of the insurance business.

Running an insurance agency isn’t just about writing policies. It’s about building relationships, educating customers, understanding your community, marketing your business, and making sure people know where to turn when they need help protecting what matters most.

I love being able to give the next generation exposure to the many different sides of business—and hopefully help her discover a few possibilities along the way. ✨

My grandsons are back to school! 🎒📚 And looking at this picture is a reminder of just how quickly they grow.

Today it’s backpacks and school uniforms. Tomorrow it’s college, careers and big dreams.

Back-to-school season is a great time to think beyond this school year — education savings, financial protection, life insurance and the steps we can take now to help build a strong foundation for their future.

They’re little now, but the earlier we start planning, the more time we have. ❤️

A little internship life at the office! ❤️

We’re enjoying having our high school intern with us and giving her an opportunity to see firsthand what goes into running a small business — from customer service and communication to marketing, organization, and everyday office operations.

One of my favorite parts is watching young people gain confidence, develop professional skills, and discover what they’re capable of along the way.

She’s learning, growing, and getting some great hands-on experience — with a little guidance from us along the way. ❤️
