"Thank you so much to Clara for her timely professionalism with processing my mortgage refinance. Her knowledge and dedication to her customers is the epitome of Customer Service. Clara's ability to assist individuals with their situation at the time of refinance is beyond reproach. "As a business owners do, I wanted to take the time to speak of Daniel's handling of the mortgage procedure. I’ve had my share of mortgages and know how difficult it can be, but I want to say Daniel went ABOVE AND BEYOND. For the entire length of time it took, he was professional, knowledgeable and caring.

"I recently refinanced my home and had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniel at MiLEND. Daniel truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process and quickly became someone I felt I could trust with a major financial decision.

From the start, Daniel was 100% transparent and took the time to help me understand how the housing market works, what was realistically possible in my situation, and what wasn’t. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, but he also made sure I knew every viable option on the table and how each one would impact my long‑term plans.
