Customers can report claims through statefarm.com, the State Farm mobile app, by calling 800-SF-CLAIM (800-732-5246), texting the word “CLAIM” to 62789 or by calling our office!!

Due to the power outage we will be closed. As soon as things get back up and running we will be eager to help. If you choose to file a claim at this time, there has been a catastrophe claim group set up for our area, the best number I have at this time is for initial loss reporting (855)259-8568.

Stay as warm and safe as you can out there. I’ve heard the Alpena airport, Alpena township hall, and Greene township all have warming stations set up.
