What a berry sweet day at the Alma/Bacon Blueberry Festival! 🫐💙
Bacon County Farm Bureau was proud to be part of this year's celebration of our local agriculture industry. Festival attendees enjoyed fresh blueberries generously supplied by our local farmers, and the Georgia Farm Bureau Mobile Classroom was on site, giving visitors a fun and interactive way to learn more about agriculture.
One of the best parts of the day was seeing families, friends, and neighbors come together to celebrate the people and products that make our community so special.

A special thank you to our dedicated Farm Bureau members who gave their time to make this event a success. Your willingness to go above and beyond helps tell the story of local agriculture and strengthens the connection between our farmers and the community they serve.

We are grateful for everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, and helped make the festival such a memorable event. Days like these remind us that agriculture is more than an industry—it's the heart of our community.

Blessing of the Crops 2026
Friday, April 3rd, we gathered to pray at the courthouse over our fields and farms, asking God’s blessing on every seed planted and every hand that works the land. May the Lord send sunshine and rain, protect the crops, and bring a harvest that nourishes our families and our community. We are grateful for our members who took the time to gather, encourage, and pray.
During this season of Easter, we also reflected on the living, the dying, and ultimately the resurrection of Jesus Christ. May we go forward with faith that He will go before us, stand beside us, and hear our cries of help this season.🌱🙏
