Situated on the top floor of the main house at 312 Woodworth Ave in Alma, the apartment is currently undergoing renovations, including the installation of brand-new laminate flooring. The unit features in-unit laundry facilities, and the refrigerator has been recently updated. We are pleased to offer a pet-friendly environment, with our pet policy available in the accompanying photos. Please note that there is a $25 application fee per applicant. This unit is $975 a month and located on 312 Woodworth Ave in Alma. The tenant will be responsible for their own utilities. Trash, city, and sewer bill will be covered. This spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is located on the main floor of a multi family home. It features a private front porch, a spacious yard and in unit laundry.
