Our clinic is now partnering with Aurora Health Care, while continuing to provide the convenient, affordable care our members know and trust.

While our healthcare partner is changing, many of the things you rely on are staying the same, including our clinic hours, visit pricing, and most importantly, Chelsi Weber will continue caring for our members!

Know Your Benefits Terminology 💡

Coordination of Benefits (COB) comes into play when you're covered by more than one health or dental plan.

One plan is considered primary and pays first, while the secondary plan may help cover some of the remaining eligible costs. Having two plans means the plans work together to determine how your claims are covered.

Understanding COB and keeping both insurance carriers updated can help prevent claim delays, denials, and unexpected bills.
