Miers Insurance is thrilled to announce that our President and CEO, Rocky Gencarelli, has been named to the Lehigh Valley Business 300 Most Influential List, recognizing the region’s most influential business leaders across 26 industries.
Since joining Miers Insurance in 2014, Rocky has worked to carry the agency’s 134-year legacy forward without losing a step. As President and CEO, he leads agency strategy, financial performance, governance, and culture, while remaining actively involved in key client relationships, growth initiatives, and carrier partnerships. Rocky also heads our Employee Benefits practice, advising employers on plan design, cost control, compliance, and long-term workforce strategy. Under his leadership, Miers has expanded its resources, strengthened its service model, and completed a headquarters transition — all without disruption to our clients or operations.
