He takes the time to answer questions, give honest guidance, and helped my clients understand their options without ever making them feel obligated to use him. That means a lot to me when I'm referring people I care about.
He has gone above and beyond for my clients. There was one particular situation where we urgently needed his help on a weekend. I was simply hoping he would see the message, but not only did Derek respond, he went the extra mile and personally called the listing agent to explain how strong my client was as a buyer and how committed they were to purchasing the home. My client already had a contract in place, and I truly believe Derek's call helped give the listing agent the confidence to move forward with us. My client got the home, and that meant everything to us. Because of that my client changed his mind about using Chase Bank.
That is the kind od lender Derek is. He doesn't just process loans - he advocates for his clients, communicates, tells the truth, and genuinely cares about helping people succeed. His customer service is exemplary, and he consistently gives people more than they expect.
I have introduced Derek to several people, and I have never had anyone come back to me with anything but positive things to say about him. He is absolutely my guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

This was such a fun and rewarding one for our first time homebuyer Muhammed! Shirley introduced us initially back in March 2025 and we gave Muhammed a few things to work on to be able to purchase a home. He followed every item and is now a homeowner of a beautiful home! Realtors Dehvon and Shirley did amazing as always!
