Ann is the real deal. We feel like we are decently smart people, but meeting with Ann saved us hours upon hours of homework we would have needed to do to situate insurance. She knows the nuances, she’s clear that changes will come and she is up to speed when they do, and she listens. She heard clearly what specifics were our concerns and what we felt we needed going forward.
