OK, we realize transportation companies can't let truck drivers work remote. That said, companies that let their workers decide where and when to do their jobs — whether in another city or in the middle of the night—increase employee productivity, reduce turnover, and lower organizational costs, new research suggests. There are a lot of employees that are not directly in the logistics chain that do qualify. The workforce is changing!

Company financials can have an enormous impact on insurance costs. Without notes explaining why the financials are structured a certain way it can lead insurers to decline offering a quote or restrict their appetite in how they price the policy.

Our team spent some quality time with Ron Sahmel of Sahmel & Associates learning about capitalization, operating ratios, debt to equity ratios, depreciation and more. Most businesses structure their financials for tax purposes. It was a great day taking our financial education to the next level!

September 11,2001 is a day that many will never forget. Let’s remember that day, fill our hearts with strength and pay tribute to those who lost their lives on 9/11 and the families affected forever, afterwards.

Though time has passed, its lessons are still just as important.

If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate.

We are very excited to welcome Daylene Briones to the C3 Family as a P&C Producer!

Daylene is a Southern California native and has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She comes with great experience serving difficult, high hazard industries. She has earned her CIC designation and enjoys learning about the ever changing markets. She's excited to be furthering her career with a dynamic organization.

In her personal time you can find her with her family of four kids either traveling or at the river boating. She's also involved on the soccer fields, coaching or being a referee.

We are very excited to welcome Andrew Mansfield to the TP Family as an Employee Benefits Producer!

Andrew is originally a Boston native and has been living in San Diego since 2014. Before moving to San Diego, he was the President of a construction management company that was acquired in early 2014. He founded and ran that company for 8 years and loves the thrill and excitement that comes with startups, and the challenges along the way. He also currently serves on the board of directors for the San Diego Human Resources Forum as the Director of Finance.

His hobbies include everything outside... mountain biking, skiing, hiking, traveling and anything water related. He is currently enjoying life in Point Loma and looking forward to meeting the whole TP family.
