All jokes aside, transitioning into sales this past year is another animal on its own. You question and doubt your ability to communicate coverages to your clients, but once you’re involved in this ever changing industry, comes confidence to educate your clients. Last two weeks I’ve been swamped with construction projects looking for builders risk coverage. These projects ranged from renovating single family homes to gutting retail space and building new condos. I’ve corrected lenders on multiple occasions on the property’s market value vs. building replacement cost. Serving my clients is my strength, and saving them on premium is an added bonus!

My good friend, Trevor Ramos have helped many students get into major colleges. It starts with early planning and student cooperation of course. He's giving his presentation tomorrow morning at 8am. DM me if you know a parent with twins or have musicians and athletes in the house!

School is about to start! this is the perfect time to start planning and fine tuning your child's college opportunities.

Fortunately, we are blessed to have Trevor Ramos, the author of How To Get Free Money For College, in our chapter. He’s been in the college admissions and financial aid consulting space for 11 years. Trevor guides families on how to prepare for college, find colleges, apply to colleges, get scholarships and grants, and to pay for out-of-pocket college expenses. Tomorrow, we’ll find out about some cases Trevor is currently working on.

Friends, family, counselors, coaches, afterschool preps and etc. are welcome to join and meet Trevor Ramos. Our meeting is tomorrow, Thursday from 8am - 9:30am.
