MISSING PERSON – PLEASE SHARE

The family of 31-year-old Sammie Sewell III is asking for the public’s help. An official report has been filed with the Alexandria Police Department.

Sammie is 6’1”, 231 lbs, with brown eyes. He has a heart tattoo under his left eye and a cross tattoo on his forehead.

He was last seen Monday around 3 p.m. near Martin’s Meat Market in Alexandria.

Announcement: Temporary Shelter Available at GIM Ron’s House for Upcoming Cold Weather

In preparation for the potential cold weather forecasted next weekend, GIM Ron’s House will offer temporary shelter from Sunday, January 19, to Sunday, January 26, 2025. The shelter aims to provide a safe and warm environment for those in need during this cold snap.

Due to limited availability, all prospective occupants must interview prior to admission. Interviews will be conducted at 86 Bolton Avenue, Alexandria, LA, on the following dates and times:
• Thursday, January 16: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Friday, January 17: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
