To my customers:: if you need to file a claim for water damage to your vehicle you may call my office at 318-487-1881 at any time 24/7. The customer care center will answer and get your claim started. On your policy ID card look for coverage D which is how your water loss may be covered. You can also get a claim going from your State Farm app on your phone , rosafields.com or Statefarm.com. You don’t have to wait until Monday. I pray everyone is ok! Message me with questions. To all my customers: Our State Farm Customer care center is taking my office’s claim and service calls while we are without power. As soon as power is restored we will be able to answer your calls and take your questions! You may also file an online claim, download the State Farm app, or call 1-800-732-5246 (1-800-SFClaim).

Additionally, if you have a tree on your property, you may start the process of removing it. Take photos of any damage and receipts of funds spent. Take steps to prevent further damage to your property like tarps, etc. Call me at 318-792-5065. Leave a message if I’m unable to answer.
