To my customers:: if you need to file a claim for water damage to your vehicle you may call my office at 318-487-1881 at any time 24/7. The customer care center will answer and get your claim started. On your policy ID card look for coverage D which is how your water loss may be covered. You can also get a claim going from your State Farm app on your phone , rosafields.com or Statefarm.com. You don’t have to wait until Monday. I pray everyone is ok! Message me with questions.
