BPG Holdings is thrilled to announce our newest acquisition for the BPG Commercial Opportunity Fund: a unique commercial asset in Alexandria, Virginia, for $5.275M. 🏢 Spanning a massive 25,496 SF, this 100% fully leased space is poised to create lasting value. This was a true team effort, as we sourced the deal, conducted extensive due diligence, received multiple bids for our CAPEX improvements, and raised the equity capital for this investment. 🤝 This is another tremendous purchase for our BPG Commercial Opportunity Fund, and we can’t wait to execute on the business plan for this investment! 🚀

Buying more Commercial Real Estate 🏘️
Getting close to our newest acquisition and I want to make sure I can capture as much depreciation and tax benefits as possible. In order to maximize the losses via K1 you should invest BEFORE the building goes into service (acquisition date). Taking earned income and investing it into passive income generating assets
Creating more usable cash flow, more potential appreciation, more tax depreciation. Also investing right alongside our investors at BPG Holdings. These dollars start accruing the preferred return the day they hit our operating account
I’d love to have spent the 💰 💰 💰 elsewhere 🏖️ 🚙 👓 , but I’m continuing to invest for the long term. If you are an accredited investor, once you hit our investment minimums, you can continue to increase your unit position with smaller investment increments. I’m also redirecting all of the dividends in other projects towards this fund for the foreseeable future.
