H.R.6047 proposes major changes to funding fees for VA IRRRL's , and Subsequent use VA Loans. If you are in the Market for an Irrrl and not exempt you may want to move quickly. The cost for an IRRRL's fund fee will almost triple. The sole purpose is to provide more benefits for our disabled veterans. I would have the tax payers help vs the non exempt veterans who are mostly the active duty footing the bill. Just my opinion as a veteran and Mortgage broker. Realtors you should read this also.
