Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers everywhere—but today, I’m especially grateful for the incredible women who make up The Aguila Group. 🤍

Building a business is one thing, but building a team that shares the same vision, works toward the same goals, supports one another, and genuinely cares about the people we serve is something I will never take for granted.

I am eternally grateful for each and every one of these women. 💙
