We spent this Saturday at Montvale Springs volunteering at the 14th annual Mudder's Day
Madness 5K & Fun Run - and it was a blast!
Beautiful weather, muddy trails, and the best part.... cheering on our community in support of Harmony's therapeutic programs at Camp Montvale, including equine therapy and specialized camps for foster and adoptive families.
We love showing up, serving, and getting a little muddy along the way. 👣💙

We had such a great time yesterday participating in the Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc. Foothills Walk to Make Alzheimer’s a Memory! What a day of fellowship and inspiration! Our community was present in full force in support of such in important cause! 🙂
