Gateway welcomes Crystal to where she leads the administrative team as the Executive Administrator.

Crystal brings 22 years of experience in the travel industry, where she built a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and relationship management. Ready for a new challenge and a chance to expand her horizons, she joined Gateway and has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.

Since joining Gateway, Crystal has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. She has built meaningful relationships with executives and financial advisors. She has demonstrated her valuable skills both leading up to and during events and everyday at the office. She continues to make a positive impact in multiple areas of the business through her attention to detail, professionalism, and selfless attitude.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Crystal also spent several years in West Palm Beach, Florida, before returning west. Outside of work, she's a devoted Disney fan and has been an annual passholder at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

We're grateful to have Crystal as part of the Gateway family and look forward to many more years of success together. Welcome to the team, Crystal!

Gateway Financial Advisors is excited to welcome Brandon Hamblin to our !

Brandon joined Gateway Financial Advisors as our newest FastStart Program participant, taking the first steps on his path to becoming a financial professional. His drive to learn, grow, and serve others has shaped every step of his career. That same mindset continues to guide him as he becomes a financial advisor and builds his practice in the insurance & financial services industry.

After returning to the U.S. from South Africa, where he earned his Private Pilot License in 2021, Brandon worked as an electrician on residential and commercial projects throughout the Bay Area, earning a reputation for hard work, reliability, and exceptional client service. At Gateway, he is committed to expanding his knowledge, building meaningful relationships, and helping individuals and families work toward their financial goals.

Having started his first job at just 13 years old, Brandon developed the strong work ethic and determination that continues to define his approach today. We're excited to have Brandon on our team and look forward to watching him grow as he begins his journey towards running his successful financial services practice.

Gateway is excited to welcome Michelle Carrillo to the team as our newest FastStart Program Intern, on her path to becoming a financial professional!

Michelle recently graduated from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems. She is beginning her career in financial services and is passionate about helping individuals and families build financial confidence and work toward their long-term goals.

Her background includes sales, client service, and leadership experience through Delta Sigma Pi, where she served in executive leadership roles and helped grow membership and engagement. As a first-generation college graduate, Michelle takes pride in her strong work ethic, determination, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys snowboarding, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are excited to see Michelle learn, grow, and succeed in the financial services industry, and we look forward to the positive impact she will make for our clients and our team.

The 2026 Gateway Annual Meeting brought financial professionals together for learning, collaboration, and plenty of fun along the way. From insightful sessions and engaging discussions to meaningful networking opportunities, attendees connected with peers and shared ideas that will continue to make an impact long after the meeting ended.

Highlights included our lively Polynesian Night, a memorable Awards Reception celebrating excellence across our network, and a Networking Lunch filled with great conversations and new connections.
