Gateway welcomes Crystal to where she leads the administrative team as the Executive Administrator. Crystal brings 22 years of experience in the travel industry, where she built a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and relationship management. Ready for a new challenge and a chance to expand her horizons, she joined Gateway and has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. Since joining Gateway, Crystal has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. She has built meaningful relationships with executives and financial advisors. She has demonstrated her valuable skills both leading up to and during events and everyday at the office. She continues to make a positive impact in multiple areas of the business through her attention to detail, professionalism, and selfless attitude. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Crystal also spent several years in West Palm Beach, Florida, before returning west. Outside of work, she's a devoted Disney fan and has been an annual passholder at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
