My specialty is helping veterans in securing VA loans to purchase homes, VA IRRL to reduce their payments, and cash out VA loans to take care of projects. I spent ten years in the Marine Corps, my specialty being 60mm mortars, and I am a veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. In addition to VA I handle conventional, FHA, USDA, using MFA where needed. My main goal is to provide the level of service

for each client that they deserve. Regardless if it is their first transaction or their tenth, the process will be smooth, and enjoyable. On purchase transactions, the buyer’s agent and the listing agent are updated concurrently, so everybody knows what’s happening all the time.
