When Their payment changed due to some overtime pay, he texted them rather than called. They were somewhat stresssed out, and that's how I found out there was a slight issue. i I would've appreciated being informed as well, and they needed a call instead of a text. There was a few moments when they were unsure if they wanted to proceed with the transcation, and I was unaware of any issue. It was a hiccup in an overall great transaction, and Matt and I talked about it He was great to work with and I will continue to refer him .
