Douglas Peterson Investments, LLC was formed in 2004 and deals with many aspects of real estate in New Mexico. The Promissory Notes offering by our Company is one method the Company uses to finance its commercial real estate investments. A Promissory Note is a written, legally enforceable promise by the Company to repay you, the Investor, money that you lend to the Company along with interest. It
does not represent or involve any ownership or equity in the Company or its properties. You may choose whether you want to receive monthly interest payments or receive your interest (along with your original investment) back at the end. Douglas Peterson personally guarantees the payments will be made to you. Douglas Peterson Investments currently has 29 properties in our portfolio. We have grown since 2004 with properties that include ground-up developments as well as acquiring existing properties that we physically improve. The properties total approximately 291,978 square feet of buildings that generate approximately $3,621,289 annually in revenue and $2,374,783 in Net Operating Income. We are constantly seeking to enhance and grow our current portfolio. The Company’s business, operations, and financial performance are subject to various risks and uncertainties. As an investor there are several factors to consider which we have laid out for you in the Risk Factors section of our Offering Memorandum.
