Not every story is unicorns and rainbows in the mortgage industry. Sometimes things happen during a transaction that are completely out of the lenders control. But when you have an incredible team, including your Loan processor and your underwriter, and you stay the course and come up with a plan for the Client… you can still get to the closing table. The original closing date on this transaction was supposed to be today, but we had to move it to Monday. I kept everyone informed every step of the way. I was honest as always and ofcourse didn’t share personal client info. But explained that we needed XY and Z To happen in order to close.
 When I emailed my underwriter yesterday her response was I’m here to help. Let’s get this loan closed.  Thank you Dora and thank you Mckenzie for being such incredible human beings.
