Ethics – Personal & Organizational is a 3-hour live CE class designed to satisfy your required Ethics hours while delivering meaningful, real-world insight you can apply both personally and professionally. Whether you hold a Property & Casualty, or Life & Health license, this course is approved for all license types. 📚

We don’t offer live, in-person CE classes very often, which makes this a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and engage with fellow insurance professionals in a classroom setting. A homeowner with an HO3 policy has a $2,500 deductible. Their policy includes an equipment breakdown endorsement—form 16016—with a separate $500 deductible. 🏠

The insured had a loss where the HVAC system’s condensate pump failed due to a mechanical breakdown. The failure caused the drain pan to overflow into the two floors below. The form appears to indicate the condensate pump and the resulting water damage, as a result of the equipment breakdown, should be covered under the equipment breakdown endorsement.

⛳ 2:30 PM Tee Off – Casual 9-hole round (no pressure, just good company)
🏌️‍♀️ 4:00 PM – FREE beginner golf lesson from a PGA Professional (perfect if you’ve never played or need to brush up!)
🍹 After – Happy Hour with complimentary drinks & hors d’oeuvres
