As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced Agent and could potentially become an Agency Owner yourself. As an insurance representative, you will pursue and respond to requests and needs of prospects and current client who have insurance needs. You will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Salary is Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus. Your efforts and willingness to learn will determine your income and success.

Requirements

Obtain New Mexico Property & Casualty Insurance license before employment; Life & Health license within 60 days after employment.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Organized and self reliable.
