This morning, Wes had the opportunity to join his wife, Randell’s, middle school class and share his career journey! 📚🍎
He shared with the students how he became an insurance agent, what led him to where he is today, and what he enjoys most about his career. He also talked about the importance of skills that can make a difference in any career, including communication, accountability, trustworthiness, community involvement, and finding something you are truly passionate about.
The students then had the opportunity to interview Wes, ask questions, and learn more about his experiences.
One of the best parts of being involved in our community is having opportunities like this—to connect with the next generation, share experiences, and hopefully encourage them as they begin thinking about the paths ahead of them. It’s pretty special to step outside the office and spend time with local students who may someday become leaders, business owners, and professionals right here in our community! ❤️
