We urge you to remain vigilant as I have had a client of mine report an individual posing as a home inspector within our community. This person has been falsely representing themselves as a licensed professional, gaining access to homes under the guise of conducting inspections.

It's crucial to verify the credentials of anyone claiming to be a home inspector before granting them access to your property. Always ask for identification and verify their license with the appropriate authorities. Legitimate home inspectors will be happy to provide proof of their credentials.

If you encounter someone acting suspiciously or attempting to gain entry to your home without proper authorization, please contact local law enforcement immediately. Your safety and security are of the utmost importance, and we must work together to protect our community from potential threats.
