Cybersecurity is more than a technology challenge. At its core, it is a human challenge.

NYMIR's Cyber Risk Specialist, Elisabeth Dubois, Ph.D., recently served as a panelist at the Tech Valley Cybersecurity Symposium in Schenectady, NY, to discuss "The Future-Ready Cybersecurity Playbook: What Business Leaders Need to Do Next."

Joining cybersecurity and technology leaders from across the industry, Elisabeth shared perspectives on cybersecurity governance, organizational risk management, cyber insurance, and the importance of preparing organizations for an evolving threat landscape.

The symposium also offered valuable continuing education, allowing Elisabeth to gain new insights into emerging cyber threats, evolving technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to share with NYMIR members and municipalities across the state.
