AB&T is proud to congratulate Senior Credit Analyst Thomas Adams on recently being named an Officer by the bank’s Board of Directors.

Since joining AB&T over a decade ago, Thomas has consistently had a positive impact on the organization, distinguishing himself for his hard work, dedication, and loyalty. As Senior Credit Analyst, Thomas has played a vital role in helping AB&T maintain its exceptional credit quality, thus allowing the bank to better support the financial needs of the clients and communities we serve.

“Thomas is one of a kind, and it is so awesome to see him take this next step in his career,” said AB&T Senior Credit Officer Joe Pierce. “His work ethic is second to none, and his grasp of the necessary balance between maintaining the bank’s credit quality and meeting the needs of our loan officers and customers is hard to find. For years, he has owned the bank’s loan approval process and never once let us down. I am incredibly proud to work alongside him as we continue to shape the future of banking at AB&T and the communities we serve.”

A native of Lee County, Thomas graduated from Lee County High School before attending Darton College and ultimately earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University. A devoted husband, father, and family man, he remains committed to his community and has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Thronateeska Heritage Center. Additionally, Thomas actively supports AB&T's community involvement efforts, regularly volunteering his time to help the bank serve the needs of the communities it calls home.

AB&T is proud to congratulate Main Office Branch Manager Alexis Williams on recently being named an Officer by the bank’s Board of Directors.

Having joined AB&T in 2018 as a part-time teller, Alexis quickly distinguished herself, emerging as not only a vital member of the retail team, but also a natural leader whose dedication and passion for serving and helping others have been instrumental in strengthening AB&T’s reputation as the area’s premier community bank rooted in relationship banking, customized solutions and Gold Standard service.

"I can't adequately express how proud we are of Alexis and all that she has accomplished during her time with AB&T," said AB&T SVP of Branch Banking and Brand Ex*****on Brad McEwen. "I've had the privilege of watching Alexis grow from a part-time teller into one of the bank's most respected leaders. She leads with authenticity, cares deeply about the people she serves and invests tremendous energy into helping others grow and succeed. This recognition is well deserved and a testament to years of hard work, commitment and continuous growth. Alexis embodies the best of AB&T, and I have no doubt her impact on our clients, associates and community will continue to grow for years to come."

A native of Leesburg, Georgia, Alexis is a graduate of Lee County High School and studied Business Administration at Georgia Southern University. She is deeply committed to her community, currently serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Liberty House and as a member of the Lee County School Superintendent's Business Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce's AU40 Young Professionals program and an active member of Grace City Church.
