According to the Case Shiller Home Price Index, which is the gold standard for appreciation, showed that home prices rose 0.3% in May, rising to another all-time high. Prices are now up 5.9% year over year. Brian Luke, analyst talks about the cost of waiting, saying, "The waiting game for the possibility of favorable changes in lending rates continues to be costly for potential buyers as home prices march forward."

Bravo to my clients who purchased in 2023 and 2024! Well done!
