We are a group of local active farmers and ranchers in your community. The everyday people you meet on the street and in the local stores.

We are large group of people that strive to succeed in an industry that has become ever increasingly difficult in a climate of utilizing importing goods and services from other countries. We have pulled resources, experience and expertise to come together as one as the Alachua County Board of Directors. We are dedicated to preserving the agricultural rights of all those in our communities that far

m or have an agriculturally related-business. We also wish to act as watch dog over our local government to ensure private property rights for all. We achieve our goals by connecting with our legislative delegations at the local, state, and national levels regarding all things agricultural. The collective effort among the county, state, and national Farm Bureaus leads to solutions for agriculturists and rural communities in economic, educational, and social fields. This website is meant to act as a first step in reaching our goal of increasing public awareness.

The Florida Farm Bureau's annual Vidalia Onion Sale is here!

If any Alachua County Farm Bureau members would like to order, you can call our office at (386) 418-4008 or scan the QR code below. Members will need to share their desired product(s), a name for the order, Farm Bureau membership number, and a phone number (including area code) to complete an order. If the order is not made online, only cash or checks payable to Alachua County Farm Bureau will be accepted.

No orders will be accepted after 2 PM on May 4, and delivery will be between May 18 & 22! Once ordered, members will be contacted when delivery is made and sorted. Pick-up will be during normal business hours at the Alachua County Farm Bureau Office located at 16206 NW 163rd Ln, Alachua, FL 32615.

The Alachua County Farm Bureau Women’s Program is honored to announce that its annual Youth Speech Contest application is now open. The purpose of this competition is to bring awareness to agriculture and enhance the participants’ public speaking skills.

The contest will be held at 16206 NW 163rd Ln, Alachua, FL 32615, on April 6, 2026, at 6 pm. Completed applications must be received before 4:00 pm on March 31, 2026.

The 2026 Alachua County Farm Bureau Scholarship application is out now!
If you:
- Are a current high school senior who will graduate before the start of the new academic year and plan to attend college and pursue a degree in agriculture or a related field
- Have a parent or guardian who is a member in good standing with the Alachua County Farm Bureau

You are eligible to apply. Completed applications must be recieved before 4:00 pm on Friday, April 17th.
